Kia Ora, Mama Ruru is a platform available for you to access and use however and whenever you need. It’s totally normal to feel overwhelmed, confused, or even alone sometimes. Trust me, you're not the only one. That’s exactly why Mama Ruru exists, to support you through all the stuff that no one really teaches us how to deal with.

We know that life can be full-on sometimes. Everyone goes through their own things and deals with them differently, it is okay to feel lost and to want help. This site is a safe, non-judgy space created by people that are here to help you.

Whether you’re struggling with your mental health, feeling unsure about your body, trying to understand more about periods, relationships, or dealing with things like vaping, drinking, or drugs, this space is for everyone. You’ll find honest info, real, relatable stories, helpful advice, and gentle reminders that everything will be okay.

You are still young, growing, learning and no matter what you are going through, you are worthy of love and support every step of the way. You don’t have to have it all figured out right now. So take a breath, take your time, and explore whatever feels right for you. This is your space, and I’m really proud of you taking the first step.
